Mr. Jayesh Shah - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jayesh Shah is responsible for founding the company and the successful business model implemented at Genesys Industries. He has served as our Chairman since June 2002. Jayesh is responsible for the strategic direction and overall day to day operations of the Company. He is a seasoned business executive with a broad range of management experience, spanning engineering, sales, business development and product management. He has successfully served senior executive level leadership roles with both established and start-up technology companies, including: Harris (HRS), Brooks Automation (BRKS), ADC (ADCT) & MediaCom. He also has broad experience in charting and guiding growth on a global scale. He has focused on the company's strategic planning, building the global manufacturing model at Genesys. Jayesh holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Mass, Boston, MA.
Mr. Manish Bhatt - President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Manish Bhatt joined Genesys Industries after an impressive term as Vice Group General Manager (India) of Honeywell International, Inc. Previously, Bhatt was VP of Engineering for Honeywell Engines (India); VP of Program Management for Honeywell’s Commercial Equipment Systems; and VP at Caterpillar India (Global Service Division). Manish Bhatt is responsible for all areas of Genesys operations including Engineering, Program Management, Management of Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, and Operations. Bhatt holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering-Aerospace from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautical Engineering. Bhatt has participated in several public company IPO's in India with successful listings on BSE and NSE exchanges.
Mr. Daveng Verma - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & EVP
Mr. Verma is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Genesys Industries. In this position, Verma is responsible for driving the financial performance of the company, as well as providing comprehensive financial direction and guidance corporate wide. He has more than 20 years of financial management experience, the majority within the manufacturing sector. Mr. Verma joins Genesys Industries from Metal Machine Corp (MMI), where he served as senior vice president and CFO during the company’s emergence from Chapter 11. Prior to this role, from 1998 to 2003, he served as senior vice president and controller of the Automotive group within DaimlerChrysler Corporation. Verma holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
Mr. Ashok Mehta - Vice President, Supply Chain
Ashok is optimizing the Genesys global supply chain network to support preproduction and accelerate the ramp into volume production. Ashok's 20 years of supply chain experience include positions at GE Supply as Executive Director of Global Sourcing and Supply Chain, Gulf Oil & Gas, and Dell Computer as a Global Commodity Manager, where he was responsible for supplier selection, development, and relationship management. He holds an MBA from Boston College in Massachusetts.
Mr. Prakash Mehra - Vice President, Manufacturing
Mr. Prakash Mehra is responsible for all aspects of production and cell manufacturing for Genesys Industries. Prakash joins Genesys following a long and successful career at Ford Motor Company, where he ascended rapidly and most recently served as plant manager for the company’s Iowa production facility. At his 15 years at Ford, Prakash was known for his commitment to aggressive process improvement and his ability to increase production capability while maintaining a very lean operation. In 1997, Ford chose Mr. Mehra to lead its global production efforts, where he worked closely with the company’s European and Asian operations. Two years later, he became the regional manufacturing manager, and was responsible for all body module fabrication of the Ford automotive product line. Prakash lead final assembly for the Ford brand, where he oversaw a plant that produced 74 vehicles an hour. In 2004, Prakash implemented lean processes at the Cleveland engine plant, giving working groups greater responsibility for their decision making. Prakash earned a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University.
Mr. Rahul Pandya - Vice President, Engineering
Rahul is responsible for managing Genesys program and engineering services organization. In his earlier position as Genesys CAD/CAM division director, Pandya was instrumental in enabling Genesys to successfully transition to several program formats to support cad/cam files from our diverse client base. Previously, Rahul held leadership positions with Williams International and Goodrich Aerospace. Earlier in his career, he served as a Global Production Engineer in various assignments globally, including the Gulf with some large installations in the Oil and Gas refinery business. Rahul is qualified as a design engineer and a mechanical engineer. He holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and BS degree in Automotive Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.
Mr. Rakesh Patel - Vice President, Quality
Mr. Patel is responsible for ensuring pre and post production quality and standards for all Genesys products manufactured. Rakesh was most recently the Global Director of Quality and Reliability for Cummins Engines India, where he was responsible for all products released to the marketplace, and where he led the evaluation of manufacturing processes, documentation, controls, and procedures. Previously, he spent 11 years with Detroit Engines in a variety of manufacturing and quality management roles. At Detroit Engines, Rakesh was distinguished as a member of the team who won the ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and Cummins Supplier of the Year Award for improving supplier quality in both 1999 and 2000. Mr. Rakesh Patel has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MSU, Michigan.
Mr. Ken Harrington - Vice President, Sales
Ken has more than 15 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry. Most recently as Group Vice President of Sales for GE Medical, he was responsible for worldwide marketing and sales activities. Prior to joining GE Medical, he was founder and president of an authorized distributor for aircraft fittings and hardware. Ken held key management positions at Dell Computer Corporation, where he contributed to Dell’s record growth from $250 million to approximately $30 billion in annual revenues.
